Miss Shirin Khanjani is a Consultant Gynaecologist and accredited subspecialist in reproductive medicine and surgery at University College London Hospital (UCLH). She completed a PhD in reproductive sciences at Imperial College London and was awarded an NIHR academic clinical lectureship to pursue research into infertility and IVF success. Her work has received both national and international recognition and has been presented globally.
In her NHS practice at UCLH, she cares for patients with a wide range of reproductive concerns, with particular expertise in low ovarian reserve, recurrent implantation failure, and menopausal health. She offers both surgical and outpatient treatments, tailored to each individual. Dr Khanjani is known for her kind, holistic, and evidence-based approach. She is also an Honorary Associate Professor at University College London.
Mr Dimitrios Mavrelos is a Consultant in Obstetrics, Gynaecology and Reproductive Medicine at University College London Hospital (UCLH). He studied medicine at the University of Oxford and Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ Medical School, and completed his specialty and subspecialty training in London, alongside a higher degree in gynaecological ultrasound.
His clinical work focuses on supporting couples trying to conceive, with particular expertise in early pregnancy complications, endometriosis, and fertility-impacting gynaecological conditions. He is the lead clinician for ultrasound in the Reproductive Medicine Unit and runs the Recurrent Miscarriage Clinic. Mr Mavrelos has published widely in the field and provides both surgical and outpatient care tailored to his patients.
Sandra Siney is a Director and Co-Founder of Fitzrovia Fertility, bringing nearly three decades of diverse financial expertise to the company. While her background spans various sectors, Sandra has dedicated the past 13 years to the fertility industry, holding senior finance roles in prominent clinics across the UK and Ireland.
Her extensive and specialised experience has been crucial in shaping Fitzrovia Fertility into a truly patient-focused clinic. Miss Neerujah Balachandren is a Consultant Gynaecologist and subspecialist in reproductive medicine at University College London Hospital (UCLH). She graduated from UCL Medical School with distinction and first-class honours, and completed her specialist training in South London, followed by a clinical research fellowship and subspecialty training at UCLH.
Her clinical and research interests include fertility preservation and low ovarian reserve. She has co-authored national guidelines for the British Fertility Society and teaches on their ultrasound course. Dr Balachandren combines her academic and clinical expertise with a kind, thoughtful, and patient-centred approach.
Dr Lucrezia de Braud is a Consultant Gynaecologist specialising in reproductive medicine and advanced Gynecological ultrasound. Graduated with honours from the University of Milan and trained at University College London Hospital (UCLH), she has extensive expertise in IVF, ultrasound, early pregnancy complications, endometriosis, and management of gynaecological conditions impacting fertility.
Dr de Braud is actively involved in academic research and currently practices in the Reproductive Medicine Unit at UCLH, focusing on the care of subfertile couples and fertility preservation.

Rebecca Holloway is an accredited life coach with over 17 years of experience supporting patients in the fertility field. Shelley McGeeney is a Clinical Nurse Specialist in the Reproductive Medicine Unit at University College London Hospital (UCLH), with over 15 years of experience in fertility and women’s health. She trained at the University of West London and is a qualified nursing mentor, with additional training in sexual health and cervical screening.
Shelley plays a key role in IVF care and fertility preservation, with expertise in sonographic monitoring and patient support across all treatment pathways, including egg donation and surrogacy. She is a member of the Royal College of Nursing and the British Fertility Society, and regularly presents on advanced nursing practice. As an NCPS Senior Accredited counsellor with over 20 years of experience in mental health, Linda brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice.
For over five years, Linda has specialised in providing invaluable support during fertility treatment, helping clients navigate the complex emotions that can arise before, during, and after this challenging time. She is a registered member of BICA (British Infertility Counselling Association), reflecting her commitment to the highest standards of care in fertility counselling.

She spent much of her early career as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in an NHS unit, where she successfully ran her own clinic. In 2012, Sue transitioned into private practice, further expanding her expertise in reproductive health. Most recently, she has held prominent senior leadership roles within premier private fertility clinics in London.
